Our Fees


 

Let's talk about how we get paid

We have a skillset, and we charge for the services that we provide.  We will keep our fees simple, honest, transparent and will explain how we are paid at the onset of all our relationships.  We are happy to revisit that discussion at anytime.  In most cases, we utilize a 'pay as you go' structure where your assets pay your fees.  We're here to help you run a lifelong financial plan and portfolio that is not hindered by any fees that we may charge.

We earn your business every day.  Should we ever decide to part ways, we want all parties to believe they have benefited. You can walk away at any time knowing that you are not leaving money on the table.

Advisory Management Fees

When you engage us for ongoing investment management services, we serve as your primary point of contact for investment recommendations, account administration, and transaction support, subject to your agreement and approvals. Advisory fees are based on assets under management and may decrease as total eligible household assets increase. Fees are assessed quarterly and generally include the advisor fee and applicable program fee.

Our Modified Fee Schedule shown below is our standard Fee structure*:

Brokerage Accounts with Fixed Assets - Trading Fees Only (if applicable)

Brokerage with Equities less than $10,000 – Trading Fees Only (if applicable)

Advisory Accounts - $10,000 - $250,000 – 1.40% to 1.25%  Fee

Advisory Accounts - $250,000 - $1,000,000 – 1.25% to 1.03% Fee

Advisory Accounts - $1,000,000 and up – 0.92%  Fee


 Quantum Group utilizes the My Advice Architect Programs through Envestnet for all account management.  Please refer to the firm's ADV Part 2A and the client's agreement for additional platform, strategist or any related fees that may apply.

Consultation Fees

Some relationships begin with an ongoing consultation fee where both parties benefit from the relationship as it grows. In the case of Special Needs Consultation, we are willing to work with your current financial advisor, should you already have one.  Pricing will vary, but is based on a billable rate of $150/hour

Fixed Assets

In our planning, fixed assets are meant to grow slowly, be secure and be available when needed.  We will often use Money Market funds and Annuities that carry no fee to you.  Annuities can be very effective, but can also carry surrender penalties and limited withdrawal options.  That said, if liquidity is a priority, we will not use a tool that limits access to funds.

Commissions

Some solutions we may use will pay a commission to us as the advisor.  These commissions will always be disclosed and are different than advisory fees.  Products used will likely carry a surrender period.  The recommendations of these non-advisory products are made with a client's suitability in mind.
